Anyway, my sister requested that I do a makeup tutorial, using inexpensive products. She wanted a purple smokey eye. So, I obliged. All the products I used can be found either at your local drugstore, Target, or Walmart. I also used my 88 palette from Coastal Scents (available at www.coastalscents.com), which is only $18.95, and some shimmer powder from e.l.f. (available at www.eyeslipsface.com, $1).
