I used to use seche vite but stopped using it because I could stand the smell and I swear it made my polish chip. I had no clue about the toluene, but even more reason to not use it! I will definitely need to check out the China Glaze top coat!
I think you will like it. But it doesn't exactly smell like roses, just a heads up!
